SUMMARY:
Execution of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance programs, Improvement maintenance Performance by improving maintenance System, improving operational KPIs, managing operational maintenance team and delivering production lines on time.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work planning for each planned or unplanned maintenance activity. (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, upon request)
Request, receive, and supervise required material to assist maintenance activities.
Coordinate line or plant shutdowns to apply all essential preventive maintenance scheduled.
Collect drawings, manuals, and other documents to assist contractor and maintenance repairs or modifications.
Ensure to execute all PM techniques to improve overall efficiency.
Analyze and define the best quantity for critical spare parts for key assets (BOM)
Create procedural manuals that explain how to do preventive tasks
Estimate costs of labor and spare parts for industrial equipment and facilities
Adjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency work.
Coordinate and schedule with maintenance staff, contractors, and external vendors the preventive maintenance plan execution.
Perform a critical evaluation of the downtime generated in the lines of production, do the root cause analysis of the main failures, assign improvement tasks, and measure the progress towards the accomplishment of the goal.
Responsible for managing the biweekly staff payroll
Measure the progress and recording of preventive WO in the system, according to the maintenance goals.
Support AM implementation and follow-up
Deploys the PM Pillar from TPM and acts as subleader.
Accountable for RCA management
Lead 8S methodology to improve performance
QUALIFICATIONS:
Engineer bachelor’s degree (Electrical, Mechanical, Industria or similarl)
Advanced English (verbal and written) communication skills (must)
(+ 3 years) Prior experience as maintenance supervisor (must)
Electrical and PLC technician basics
Experience implementing Pillar from TPM
Know about the warehouse management process (desirable)
