Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
in PLC and industrial systems. This role involves diagnosing, testing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of electrical and electronic equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. You will work with personal computers, peripherals, and integrate various electronic instruments. Additionally, the role includes troubleshooting combustion systems, testing equipment, replacing defective components, and maintaining records of repairs and calibrations. You will also have the opportunity to install equipment and potentially instruct repair crews.
Hard Skills
2+ years of PLC Experience
2 years of industrial experience
Ladder logic experience
Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Proficient in using oscilloscopes, PC, computers, signal generators, ammeters, and voltmeters
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade process control equipment and PLCs
Experience in calibrating testing instruments and adjusting equipment
Soft Skills
Ability to work as a team member/leader
Strong problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with a precision skill set
Excellent communication skills

This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Monaca, Pennsylvania.
Work Environment
The role is based in an industrial environment with a Monday-Friday shift from 5AM-3PM. The starting pay rate is $28.86 per hour for the first 6 months, rising to $36.16 post training. Incentives include overtime hours, shift differentials, and production bonuses. Additionally, there is a $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments.
