Description
Our client, a growing small business, is on the hunt for a skilled Bookkeeper who isn’t afraid to wear multiple hats (and no, we’re not talking about actual hats—though stylish headwear is welcome!). We’re looking for someone who can keep the financial gears turning while assisting with creative marketing initiatives and social media campaigns when the opportunity arises.
What You'll Do:
Number Crunching Commander: Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and all things QuickBooks Online (think expert-level knowledge—this role will depend on it).
Financial Wizardry: Prepare financial reports and assist with budget tracking (like an accounting superhero with spreadsheets as your cape).
Data Detective: Dive deep into numbers to uncover insights and help our client make smart business decisions.
Social Savvy Sidekick: Support small but impactful marketing efforts when needed—think scheduling posts, writing captions, and brainstorming fun ideas for the brand’s social media platforms. Got Canva skills? Even better!

Requirements
We're Looking for Someone Who:
Has strong experience with QuickBooks Online (and can teach us a trick or two!).
Brings attention to detail, organization, and accuracy—you live for balancing books until they’re flawless!
Is savvy, creative, and comfortable dipping into marketing duties when called upon.
Understands the basics of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn—bonus points for knowing trends, tools like Canva, or having experience with small-scale campaigns.
Is a team player who enjoys wearing different hats and thrives in a small business environment.
