The ideal candidate is able to assist the Superintendent and Project Manager with field work , estimating , procurement, repairing reports, subcontracts, and provides overall support in every aspect of each project. Note: The pay rate for this job is $24 - $43 / hour (DOE)

Responsibilities:
Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned engineering projects.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to interpret their requirements and needs.
Maintain quality control and compliance in every aspect of the project.
Submit reports on project status.
Formulate project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees.
Conduct regular meetings with the clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.
Delegate tasks to team members according to their individual skill sets, experience, and abilities to ensure efficient completion of the project.
Qualifications:
Must have strong experience in the residential Carpenter field.
Construction/Civil Engineering, Architecture or Project Management degrees preferred.
Excellent working knowledge of construction procedures, building systems and tools.
Ability to solve problems and work under pressure.
Knowledgeable at reading plans, shop drawings and specifications
Excellent math and computer skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with workers and trades.
Knowledge of MS Office, Bluebeam, and Procore.
