Aggreko Shop Scheduler in Moerdijk, Netherlands

Purpose:Positions holders are responsible for logistics planning, controlling, and implementing processes, for example related to global fleet management, utilisation, allocation including:

  • Planning & Control.

  • Movement & Storage.

  • General Logistics optimisation.

  • Developing transport schedules, methods, and routes.

  • Cargo planning, and strategies to improve depot/ logistics service centre operations.

  • Analysing and projecting transportation costs.

  • Coordinating customs clearances and permits.

  • Planning addresses capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals.

Accountability Level:Entry level professionals or highly experienced operations/technical/support Jobs. Typically completed higher education/qualification or requires expert technical operational knowledge of procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience. First point of escalation for non-routine situations. Provides assistance and training to lower level employees.Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of mobilisation and de-mobilisation / delivery of equipment and material to all new and existing project sites across defined territories, ensure submission of necessary documentation and update relevant systems and databases.

  • Ensure correct documentation of import and export processes for all materials and related equipment, liaising with appropriate authorities, as necessary.

  • Administration of required cargo/driver documentation and certifications.

  • Responsible for collection and delivery of equipment to and from customer sites.

  • Develop and maintain direct lines of communication with all transport suppliers to ensure all requirements are met.

  • Produce relevant performance monitoring data with regard to On Time In Full and transport recoveries.

  • Identify suitable equipment to fulfill contract requirements.

  • Ensure compliance to Aggreko procedures including ISO/ Internal/ External/ PLC Audits.

  • Always ensure strict adherence to Aggreko’s QHSE policies and practices.

  • Provide subject matter advise to employees where required.

Typical Experience:University Degree / Specialised Diploma / Vocational Training
