Industrial Maintenance Technician – Night Shift

Mocksville, NC | Permanent, Full-Time | $27–$33/hr | 7PM–7AM | 2-2-3 Schedule | Full Benefits Included

Job Summary

We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our production equipment running smoothly through expert troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity on a rotating night shift (2-2-3 schedule) offering competitive pay and full benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily line checks; add tasks as needed

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems

  • Prioritize work orders and procure parts when necessary

  • Plan, schedule, and execute improvement projects

  • Modify, weld, and fabricate equipment as needed

  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members and production staff

  • Maintain high standards for safety (including LOTO procedures) and quality assurance

  • Follow all manufacturer guidelines and company procedures

Electrical Skills Required

  • Understanding of Delta, Wye, Wye-Delta Start, and Ohm’s Law

  • Strong schematic reading skills (voltage, motor, heater, and extruder schematics)

  • Ability to interpret and apply electrical symbols

  • Proficiency in calculating voltage, current, and resistance

  • Skilled in troubleshooting motors, starters, heaters, and extruders
