Industrial Maintenance Technician – Night Shift

Job Summary
We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our production equipment running smoothly through expert troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity on a rotating night shift (2-2-3 schedule) offering competitive pay and full benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily line checks; add tasks as needed
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
Prioritize work orders and procure parts when necessary
Plan, schedule, and execute improvement projects
Modify, weld, and fabricate equipment as needed
Collaborate with other maintenance team members and production staff
Maintain high standards for safety (including LOTO procedures) and quality assurance
Follow all manufacturer guidelines and company procedures
Electrical Skills Required
Understanding of Delta, Wye, Wye-Delta Start, and Ohm’s Law
Strong schematic reading skills (voltage, motor, heater, and extruder schematics)
Ability to interpret and apply electrical symbols
Proficiency in calculating voltage, current, and resistance
Skilled in troubleshooting motors, starters, heaters, and extruders
