Description We are in search of a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team located in Mitchell, Indiana. In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring that our computer systems are running efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, maintaining hardware, and managing software applications across a range of technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for desktop issues and ensure quick resolution

• Manage and maintain computer hardware, ensuring optimal performance

• Utilize Android Development skills to maintain and improve mobile platforms

• Work with Cisco Technologies to ensure network stability and efficiency

• Implement and maintain Citrix Technologies for virtualization needs

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Dell Technologies hardware

• Manage user access and security through Active Directory

• Provide support and maintenance for Apple Devices

• Implement and manage Backup Technologies to ensure data safety

• Utilize Configuration Management skills to maintain system consistency. Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve related issues.

• Thorough understanding of Cisco Technologies, capable of managing and maintaining these systems.

• Expertise in Citrix Technologies, including the ability to implement, monitor, and improve solutions.

• Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware, with the skills to diagnose and fix hardware issues.

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies, including hardware and software applications.

• Proficient in managing Active Directory, including user account creation, management, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with Apple Devices, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

• Knowledge of various Backup Technologies, and the ability to implement and maintain these systems.

• Capability in Configuration Management, including the design and maintenance of stable system environments. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
