WHAT'S THE JOB?
We are looking to hire a dedicated Office Administrator to the Dexterra On Demand team. support role performs administrative and clerical duties. Office Clerks assist with payroll, compile financial reports, verify cash reconciliation and inventory records and input data into NetSuite all in accordance with established procedures, policies and guidelines. Office Clerks perform some or all of the following duties:
Payroll processing and timesheet review with Operations Managers, coding for Accounting
Processing of field technicians’ expenses and reimbursements
Invoice creation and submission of completed work orders, submission of technical reports
Managing ongoing Preventative Maintenance Programs in Excel and managing documents
Following up on issued invoices for prompt client payment
Issuing and managing vendor PO’s, month end reporting on obsolete PO’s
Assisting Account Manager in onboarding new clients,
Assist projects team with ordering, coordination, scheduling, etc.
Perform other duties as requested by management
Inputting data into NetSuite
Tracking Accounts Receivable
Liaising with vendors as required
Assist with General inquiries
Qualifications
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Post-secondary education from an accredited university or college is preferred
Understanding of Services industry, ability to excel in a high-volume environment
Working knowledge of ERP level financial systems
Intermediate level skills in MS Based Applications, specifically MS Excel
Minimum 3 year experience required in a similar position
Attention to detail
knowledge of financial accounting systems, payroll processes Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent telephone skills, ability to multi-task, strong customer service skills.
Frequent sitting at a desk
