Kuehne+Nagel Customer Service Representative (15 Month Contract) in Mississauga, Ontario

Would you like to launch your career with one of the most successful international logistics organizations worldwide? Here at Kuehne+Nagel, our Mississauga distribution center is looking for a new Customer Service Representative to join Contract Logistics team.

Your Role

As the Customer Service Representative, you will be accountable for maintaining excellent service levels for our internal and external customers through accurate data entry, continuous process improvement and the prompt resolution of issues. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Your Responsibilities

  • The schedule for this role will be Monday to Friday from 12pm to 8pm.

  • Respond knowledgeably and courteously to incoming calls and customer inquiries.

  • Communicate with carriers.

  • Communicate with customer and customer suppliers.

  • Provide updates on order inquiries.

  • Manage Service KPI’s and reporting metrics.

  • General administration task in supporting shipment document flow.

  • Work on and execute tasks on customer systems.

  • Coordinate shipments additional shipments with transport department.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • College diploma or University degree in business is preferred.

  • 1+ years’ experience in a distribution center setting.

  • 1+ years' experience in customer service
