Kuehne+Nagel Customer Care Specialist (6 Month Contract) in Mississauga, Ontario

Your Role
As the Customer Care Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience each time they engage with Kuehne+Nagel. You will be responsible for direct interaction with our customer, proactive customer service, problem solving, customer follow up, interaction with our carrier partners
Your Responsibilities
Participate in the implementation and readiness for go live for Spectrum Brands
Prove high quality customer service for managing Spectrum Brands transportation solutions.
Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Kuehne + Nagel’s Quality Safety Health & Environment (QSHE) requirements.
Preparation, adherence and maintenance of client Standard Operating Procedures.
Shipment confirmations to ensure all deliveries take place within the transit requirements.
Manage shipment discrepancies, including root cause analysis and correction actions.
Key Performance Indicators: data collection and analysis for carrier’s performance.
Provide On site dock support, POD Management, including shipment level OS+D.
Ensure data integrity & data quality into the Transportation Management System.

Your Skills and Experiences
High School Degree or Equivalent
2 years of experience in Customer Service role
2 years of experience in Transportation /Distribution Center/ Warehouse environment
Knowledge of CEIL system
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Advanced computer skills, including full proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel)
Availability to work periodic overtime in order to meet the requirements of the operation
