Position Description:
- Runs and operates baler.
Essential Functions:
Follows all Health and Safety rules and procedures
Gathers and bands printing/die cut waste sheets and prepares the for recycling.
Ensures proper quantity of banding wire is supplied to baler.
Weighs & Loads banded bales on scrap trailers.
Inspects and cleans cyclone area.
Performs preventative maintenance on equipment.
General clean up.
Follows all company policies and procedures.
Attends and participates in ongoing training.
Not limited to and including other duties as assigned.
PPE: Paper Mask for dust
Forklift
Education and Experience Required:
Grade 12 or acceptable experience.
On-the-job training required and/or related experience.
Skills and Physical Requirement:
Employees must be both familiar and able to adhere to company safety policies and government legislation (i.e. Occupational Health and Safety Act).

Can work in teams.
Autonomous.
Ability to adapt.
Ability to take initiative.
Good communication skills.
Good physical condition and capable of heavy lifting.
