Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic
Job Description
The Systems Mechanic is responsible for the installation of parts for fuel, hydraulic, oxygen, waste, anti-ice, and flight control systems and rigging, including flaps, ailerons, and spoilers. The mechanic is also responsible for testing and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
Install parts for fuel, hydraulic, oxygen, waste, anti-ice, and flight control systems and rigging (including flaps, ailerons, and spoilers).
Conduct obstruction and pressure testing for fuel, hydraulic, oxygen, waste, and anti-ice systems.
Install CTR FUSE parts, including wire harness and windows installation.
Responsible for wing box and central tank pressure testing, cleaning, inspection, and final closeout.
Interpret blueprints, specifications, standards, and written technical instructions.
Meet schedule and production requirements.
Work in restricted spaces (tanks) and at heights above 3 meters.
Use pneumatic or power hand tools safely and effectively.
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times on the plant floor and follow all health and safety procedures.
Pass a Pulmonary Fit Test (PFT) for proper fitting of respirators.
Essential Skills
3-5 years of experience in an aircraft mechanic role.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Experience in using test equipment, such as hydraulic rigs and pressure testers.
Knowledge and practical experience in hydraulic and fuel pipe swaging.
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must be fit, energetic, and agile.
Ability to work in restricted spaces and at heights.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, afternoons, nights, and overtime as required.
Strong team player, flexible, and willing to learn new tasks.
Ability to bend, twist, walk on uneven surfaces, and climb stairs repeatedly during shifts.
Capability to perform heavy lifting (under 40 lbs) as needed.
Ability to stand for 7 hours of an 8-hour shift.

Work Environment
Work in an aerospace manufacturing shop floor environment with state-of-the-art facilities totaling 476,000 sq. ft. The facilities include Manufacturing & Assembly, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain departments. You will be part of a team of over 800 highly skilled employees working on leading business jet projects. All employees must wear PPE at all times and follow health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $83200.00/yr.
