Based in the Mission Viejo, California region, this Bookkeeper role would be a long-term contract / temporary position.
Your responsibilities in this role
Assemble financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
Support quality archived records by filing documents
Monitor accounts by balancing entries
Examine payments received and record deposits
Supervise bookkeeping policies and procedures, along with developing a framework to track financial transactions with an established chart of accounts
Support accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Conduct and manage the general ledger Requirements - Bank reconciliations experience desired
Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
Prior experience working with accounting software
