As a Physical Therapist at CTTX Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment plans to help patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement and modify treatment interventions based on patient progress
Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on exercises and self-care techniques
Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
Requirements:
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Experience in an outpatient setting is preferred
Strong knowledge of physical therapy theories, techniques, and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
