Prepares, seasons and cooks short order food for cafeteria customers.

Required Qualifications:
Coursework/Training: Training in institutional food preparation.
National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority within 30 days of hire.
California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.
1 year of cooking experience, preferably as a grill/short order cook.
