Overview

The Manager Corporate Project will provide strategic and project support to improve the operational efficiency of Digital Marketing and, and Delivery Operations while maintaining the customer service standards and core values of the Company. Marketing Project Manager is responsible for managing medium to high-level

marketing campaigns. The incumbent uses strong project knowledge and principles to actively manage campaigns against defined objectives and goals. This person will effectively advance digital marketing campaigns projects from start to finish. The incumbent develops solutions and maintains communication with internal and

external project stakeholders and suppliers on project status, resourcing, issues, and threats to ensure projects meet objectives and are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Support and lead go-to-market Proof strategies for all new SGWS initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Outline project plans and maintain a project tracking system to effectively communicate relevant projectinformation to superiors.

  • Continue roll out new operational efficiencies and streamline process.

  • Support go-to-market strategies including customer email journeys.

  • Facilitate internal production and agency meetings.

  • Work alongside Analytics team to ensure accurate reporting are provided and delivered in a timely manner.

  • Develop lasting relationships with internal client personnel that foster client ties.

  • Engage suppliers (advertising agencies, digital production agencies, print suppliers, etc.) to ensureadherence to established project plans.

  • Schedule, prepare and manage data collection studies to support operational process improvements.

  • Maintain and update documentation that supports Digital Marketing business, and keep accurate records ofall changes.

Additional Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead campaign initiation and execution, fostering collaboration between team members, ensuring transparency through effective routine and ad-hoc communication, and identifying and mitigating risks to complete campaigns on strategy, on time, and on budget.

  • Develop a new onboarding process for new marketing resources.

  • Implement/Update Digital Marketing Process Manual (Ways of Working document)

  • Support planning efforts for local and national corporate programs and events.

  • Performance Audit Maintenance.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a related field

  • Working knowledge of Project Management software (Monday.com, JIRA, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet,JIRA, etc.)

  • Must be able to work well under pressure while meeting deadlines.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing disciplines and principles.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills both verbally and written.

  • The ability to develop and maintain professional, trusting, positive, and productive working relationshipswith associates, managers, customers, and vendors.

  • The ability and willingness to adjust one's style or approach in response to differing circumstances or towork in ambiguous situations.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

  • Able to travel up to 20%

Physical Demands

  • Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or mobile device

  • Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping

  • May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
