You will oversee financial reporting and forecasting on multiple financial products and measure, analyze, and forecast performance in this role. Additionally, you will prepare and analyze financial reports for management. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will serve as a key business partner in areas like forecasting, performance reporting, and expense management. Job Responsibilities:
Develop financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Campaign Planning & Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, event tracking and execution, strategic resource allocation, and more
Perform extensive research on the underlying internal and external drivers that are affecting performance and trends
Create effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide forward-looking insight and recommendation support
Contribute to weekly, quarterly and annual Area/Segment-level Bookings and P& L forecasting
Research performance to date and assess potential risks and opportunities
Edit and manage forecasting reports
Manage monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions
Work with Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close process
Track monthly and quarterly performance through comparison of actuals versus expectations
Requirements
Job Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in a business related field preferred
-Prior finance and/or accounting experience
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to effectively present information to supervisors and finance management
-Requires knowledge of basic financial terms concepts and accounting principles
-Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret financial information and the ability to accurately explain/report activity in verbal and written communications
-Intermediate analytical skills
-Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
