Robert Half Marketing Project Manager - Commercial in Minnetonka, Minnesota

Description We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Marketing Project Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Minnetonka, Minnesota. In this role, you will oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners to deliver high-quality marketing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Coordinate with stakeholders, including internal teams and external business partners, to align project goals and expectations.

• Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring quality and consistency across all deliverables.

• Monitor campaign timelines, budgets, and resources, providing regular updates on project status to relevant parties.

• Utilize tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint to create presentations and reports that effectively communicate project progress and outcomes.

• Collaborate with media and digital teams to ensure campaign strategies are implemented successfully.

• Review and approve marketing deliverables to ensure alignment with company standards and objectives.

• Facilitate hiring processes for project-related needs, ensuring the right talent is in place to achieve goals.

• Analyze project performance metrics and apply insights to improve future marketing initiatives. Requirements • Proven experience in marketing project management, with a strong understanding of campaign planning and execution.

• Proficiency in using project management tools and software to track timelines, resources, and deliverables.

• Strong skills in reporting, planning, and coordinating across teams and business partners.

• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and media planning.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience using Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Ability to manage budgets and oversee the production of marketing materials.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
