Inventory Coordinator - Minnetonka, MN
1st shift:5am-3:30pm, M-Thu - $23.00 per hour
2 nd shift: 3:30pm-2:00am, M-Thu - $24.00 per hour
Job Summary:
This position is a functional role that includes material handling and inventory control tasks to ensure all inventory is maintained accurately, and provided to required areas in a timely manner. This position may also include Shipping & Receiving tasks if applicable. Job Duties: List the significant/essential duties, tasks or responsibilities which employees in this position are required to perform.
Essential Functions:
Receive materials to be accurately stored in warehouse
Accurately prepare orders for shipping to customer sites according to process
Label and meter packages with various freight systems
Process orders using the SJM ERP system
Maintain a safe and clean work environment within the warehouse
Daily preparations for the following days distribution activities
Support all Divisional initiatives as identified by divisional management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements
HS Diploma
Warehouse experience
Some gowning will be needed to bring supplies to cleanrooms
Workers are the first line for ensuring teams have all items as needed
Need to have good written and verbal communication skills
Previous Inventory experience strongly preferred
Attention to detail Ability to work independently - keep busy throughout and help with additional tasks as needed
Will be on feet majority of day
Lift 30lbs max
