Aerotek TRAVEL Concrete Finisher IN STATE in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Expanding Construction Laborers Company seeking for hire
Description:
Contractors will be conducting general labor work all the way up to finishing. All flat, finished, work. They will be responsible for all duties tied with pouring concrete, putting the forms up, and finishing. Site prep, rebar, minimal forms and pouring. Will be using a bull float and power concrete screed.
Qualifications:
1+ years of flat concrete finishing experience (they could take 1-2 that have more of just a concrete labor or construction labor, but for the most part want finishing experience.
General labor experience in a commercial concrete construction setting is preferred.
Ideal candidate has experience with concrete pouring, setting, putting forms up and finishing
Candidate must be comfortable with travelling to and from the job site every day (this is non-negotiable)
Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
Premium pay for travelers with the potential of going long term. (They can only see 2-3 months out.)
Hotel is local to the site. (Hotel is paid)
One way drive time if no per diem.
Per diem schedule can change by job site, but based largely on distance.
6-6:30 am start time. End time will vary per day, expect to work 10-12 hours (can get up to 60 hours a week). Unless it rains, they’ll work 50-60 hours each week
