Pro Staff is partnering with a leading company in Minneapolis, MN, to hire a motivated Team Lead to support our call center operations. This is a great opportunity to develop professionally while contributing to a dynamic team. Pay: $18/hr with an additional $1/hr for if you are bilingual in Spanish Shift: Monday to Friday, 1st Shift As a Team Lead, you'll play a key role in supporting the call center team and ensuring the successful execution of each project, meeting defined scope, schedule, cost, and quality standards. Your leadership will help drive productivity and customer satisfaction while maintaining effective communication with the team. Responsibilities: Meet Key Performance Expectations (KPEs) for the role Implement call center procedures and processes Communicate regularly with supervisors and managers Provide excellent customer service to callers Ensure staff adherence to company policies and productivity standards Stay updated on call center procedures and scripting changes Foster positive relationships with CSRs, supervisors, and managers Assist with call escalations and provide support to CSRs Participate in training for new cases Take on various roles to ensure departmental success Be flexible with work hours to meet business needs Assist in other departments as needed with a positive attitude Qualifications: Previous call center or customer service experience High School Diploma or G.E.D. Strong attention to detail and communication skills Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Leadership skills and ability to lead by example Positive, professional attitude Why Join Us?
