Join our corporate team in Bloomington, MN as a Sr. Manager of International Transportation Services, leading global logistics operations and ensuring efficient, compliant movement of temperature-sensitive products across Asia, the U.S., and Canada. Responsibilities: + Oversee all international transportation operations (ocean, air, and ground). + Ensure compliance with trade regulations and protect product integrity during transit. + Develop and execute strategies to improve service levels and reduce costs. + Negotiate and manage contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners. + Analyze transportation spend and drive cost-saving initiatives. + Monitor carrier performance and resolve service issues. + Lead and mentor a high-performing transportation team. + Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless supply chain operations. + Stay current with global regulations and proactively manage compliance. + Identify and mitigate supply chain risks. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. + 5+ years of international transportation or logistics experience. + Deep knowledge of global freight, customs processes, and trade compliance. + Strong leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills. + Proficient in TMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $90,750 to $151,250 annually with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
