We offer advanced resources that drive nursing success, empower front-line certified allied health workers, help physicians pass boards and stay current, and provide education management tools for medical education programs.WHAT YOU'LL DOAs a Senior Education Consultant, youll provide consultative service, eLearning courses, and national accreditation and market expertise for the product and client base to administrators, leaders, and educators at the institutional and program level. Youll improve wins and client satisfaction through utilization guidance, product demonstration, policy and market oversight consulting on best practice, trend, and report creation.WHERE YOULL WORKThis position will work remote in the United States.HOW YOULL SPEND YOUR TIMEShare best practices, national expertise, and product knowledge in the UME/GME market to clientsCollaborate with executive level client stakeholder to evaluate best practices, reporting, and outcomesServe as a knowledge expert in GME curriculum management managing curriculum mapping and lottery for client baseInstruct on APE and accreditation best practices for GMECreate eLearning opportunities for consulting purposesProduce and present comprehensive final reports, support documentation, and future actionable recommendationsCollaborate with internal MedHub teams to enhance product offerings leveraging your expertise in the GME sectorWHAT YOU'LL NEEDBachelor's degree, masters degree preferred8 years of academic industry work experience5 years of experience in ACGME accreditation5 years of experience in graduate medical education within a hospital or institutional settingExperience with eLearning development, preferably with MedHub, software, engineering, or IT educationProven ability to navigate complex organizational structures, skilled in interpreting institutional and program requirementsExperience mentoring DIOs, program directors and program coordinatorsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at presenting to diverse audiences (in-person or virtually) and communicating effectively with executive leadership in various types of institutions and organizations to analyze and assess best practices, reporting, and outcomesStrong interpersonal and analytical skillsAbility to adapt quickly to change and deliver results in ambiguous environmentsProficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and PowerPointUp to 15% of travel expected for conferences, meetings, and client site visitsBENEFITSFlexible and generous paid time offCompetitive medical, dental, vision and life insurance401(k) employer matching programParental leaveWellness resourcesCharitable matching programHybrid workOn-site workout facilities (Leawood, Gilbert, Burlington)Community outreach groupsTuition reimbursementFostering A Sense of BelongingWe seek out and celebrate all people and perspectives and cultivate an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive, feel valued and be their authentic selves.
