RBC Senior Project Management Coordinator in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? The Senior Project Management Coordinator will support Senior Managers, Project Managers, and/or Program managers with project control management and documentation (i.e., Issues, Risks, Assumptions, etc.) as well as at the Domain level for portfolio planning and reporting. This individual will plan and coordinate scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks for projects. What will you do? Assist in the development of presentations and create/distribute project information to relevant parties Taking meeting minutes and action items during meetings and performing basic follow-up. Maintaining the project database and reports; ensuring resources are available to all project team members. Supporting the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Bachelors degree or higher 4+ years of experience managing all aspects of financials including initiative tracking, reporting, and managing/monitoring plans Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Nice-to-have Bachelors in Finance or similar study Experience working for a Financial institution Exposure or experience with Planview What's in it for you?
