Actively build positive, collaborative relationships with client to understand the client's business priorities and bring Accenture assets and expertise aligned with these priorities
Set up and lead effective governance and program management office processes to manage the solution, decision making, risks, issues, deliverables, stage gates, schedule, resourcing, and costs
Drive data driven status reporting, using latest methods, tools, and dashboards
Bring program management experience to continuously improve program management operations
Oversee program financials management and reporting
Monitor and manage team goals and performance and ensure team understands how they align and relate to broader business goals and strategies
Deep-dive existing and potential problem areas, develop and communicate corrective action and mitigation plans, and drive follow-through to successful resolution. Be hands-on when needed to help your team solve problems and get through crunch periods
Help your teams connect the dots and collaborate effectively by understanding and sharing solution and delivery integration points across functional workstreams and technical disciplines
Develop reasonable integrated project plans and drive teams to on-time and cost with quality completion.
Identify client and other responsibilities and commitments up-front and hold them as accountable as you hold your Accenture teams
Develop resource forecasts and plans, and processes to manage capacity and constraints
Keep building your SAP delivery know-how by staying current on market innovations and the latest methodology, tooling, and assets/accelerators
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's what you need:
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience
Minimum of 6 years’ experience delivering and managing complex SAP programs
Minimum 4 years’ experience managing a team of SAP resources in a global delivery model
Minimum 4 years of Program Office/Program Management lead experience
Experience in multiple delivery models including traditional, Agile and Waterfall
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
Bonus Points If:
You’ve earned SAP S/4 Certifications
You’ve worked in multiple Full lifecycle implementations
You have experience working in complex, multi-release SAP implementations
You have experience in emerging SAP capabilities (ie: RISE, BTP, S/4, etc.)
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. California: $131,100 to $271,000
Colorado: $131,100 to $234,100
New York: $121,400 to $271,00
Washington: $139,600 to $249,300
