Some things you can expect to do: Prepare and manage annual budgets for approval by owner Monitor adherence to budget, management agreement and easements, and operating agreements Monitor competitive bidding, hiring, and supervision of vendors and subcontractors Schedule regular property inspections to target areas for improvement and identify risk management issues Meet monthly reporting deadlines with well-executed narrative and variance explanation Create and anticipate opportunities for increasing revenue Review leases and prepare appropriate documents Proactively manage relationship with building principals with a focus on tenant and stakeholder satisfaction Assist with acquisition/disposition process for assets bought/sold To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of real estate management experience, and a bachelor's degree in business, economics, real estate, or related area of study, or commensurate work experience. You will have accounting/financial knowledge, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a creative helpful attitude when interacting with building occupants. Experience collaborating and working in a team setting is required. Must have an advanced level of understanding with Word and Excel, LEED and WELL processes and certifications. A Minnesota Real Estate License is required for consideration.
