Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Coordinator Consultant with our client in the transportation industry in their Minneapolis, MN location. This is a 12 + month contract position. Description: Seeking a Project Coordinator Consultant Our client is on a journey to becoming the best IT organization in the airline industry, a journey of transformation. They are changing the way we do business from top to bottom as we strive to create meaningful and innovative solutions and are looking for team members to help us realize our vision Responsibilities: Developing, managing, and tracking IT projects, from inception to implementation and supporting transition Forecasting, managing, tracking, and reporting project progress, issues, budget, and scope changes to achieve successful project completion, on-time, and within budget Managing communications and expectations of clients, sponsors, users, team, contractors and the enterprise while ensuring project adherence to established IT project methodologies and standards, including developing resource plans, risk assessments, project plans, checkpoint reviews, etc. Collects and analyzes data to evaluate operational difficulties and makes recommendations to solve problems Follows established modeling and evaluation processes to determine the effectiveness of current operational activities Partners with the appropriate IT personnel and users to assist in operations process creation, redesign, and documentation Translates high level requirements into functional specifications for new projects Requirements: 2-6 years of experience Project Coordination experience, knowledgeable of basic IT, customer service skills Desired skills: ServiceNow experience Some project management experience If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
