  • Support clarity and connectivity of workflows while surfacing overlaps and friction points.

  • Enforce process standards -- e.g. unified intake, roles -- and share best practices across groups

  • Collaborate with Risk and MarTech to ensure process and platform governance remain aligned and auditable.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment & Facilitation

  • Act as marketing process quarterback between marketers, functional teams, MarTech, and Risk

  • Identify and triage ripple effects of process changes across groups and other processes

  • Lead change management communications to users for process changes (e.g. for simplification or compliance)

  • Change Intake & Prioritization

  • Maintain structure for how process and related tool changes are proposed, evaluated, and approved.

  • Apply strategic evaluation (impact, effort, cross-functional implications) for decisioning, escalating as needed.

  • Drive Process Improvement

  • Reduce gaps, inefficiencies, duplications, and complexity across interconnected processes

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to functional teams in designing scalable and efficient workflows

  • Track and report out on process health and efficiency metrics to marketing leaders and stakeholders

  • Platform Governance Partnership

  • Work with the MarTech team to ensure Workfront workflows reflect defined processes and support business needs.

  • Audit Support

  • Help route requests from audit and risk to appropriate process owners and influencers

  • Provide macro process context on how processes relate to each other

  • Help microprocess owners align with compliance standards in partnership with Risk.

  • Implementation Support

  • Help bring to life the transformation initiative of process reengineering and migration to Adobe Workfront

Key Partners

  • Marketing service leads, which own the support functions and related processes that enable end-to-end marketing work (creative studio, channels, etc.).

Basic Qualifications

  • Master's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • More than ten years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • 8 or more years of experience in marketing operations or cross-functional program management

  • Demonstrated experience aligning teams around shared workflows and governance models

  • Strong diplomacy and persuasion skills to influence the behaviors of large groups of people and push back when needed

  • Familiarity with Adobe Workfront or other enterprise-grade workflow/project management systems
