Ameriprise Financial Local Event Producer in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Our local agency client is seeking an Event Producer for an ongoing assignment starting ASAP! This role is: - Hybrid (Tuesdays/Thursdays) in downtown Minneapolis, MN. - 30-40 hours per week, to ramp up to 40 hours the week before the event (May 2nd and 3rd) - Slated to wrap up work in mid-May (with potential to extend further for future events) An ideal Events Producer will have: - 3+ years of relevant agency and experiential marketing experience. - Expertise working with large clients with six-figure budgeted events. - The ability to lead efforts and juggle a variety of tasks. - Exceptional client-facing skills Event Producer responsibilities include: - Collaborating with a small team of PMs and creatives to internally plan for a promotional/launch event in May. - Working to maintain budgets, project timelines, vendor management, communications with the client, following event building safety rules and ordinances, etc. - Ensuring client goals are being met in the planning process as well as during the event. - Providing onsite coordination and management during the setup and teardown of the event. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
