At Ryan, we don't just build buildings - we build stories. Job Description Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Administrator Intern in Minneapolis! Some things you can expect to do: Assist the Property Manager and/or property team focusing on learning property management industry processes, procedures, and Ryan business policies. Assist with implementing tenant relationship plans, conducting inspections with vendors, preparing budgets and monthly reporting packages. Administering accounts receivable and payable. Preparing leases and other contract documents for manager review. Preparing lease abstracts. Collecting tenant improvement documentation. Coordinating maintenance rotation, and processing tenant work orders. To be considered further, you must: Be pursuing a bachelor's degree in real estate management or closely-related field. Have strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate good mathematical and strong analytical skills. Manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Communicate clearly orally and in writing. Have the ability to resolve basic project/property issues quickly and remain flexible in changing circumstances. You will really stand out if you: Demonstrate initiative and successfully navigate increasing responsibilities. Have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner and show initiative. Have a high level of professionalism and strong attention to detail. Demonstrate the problem-solve and analyze. Have excellent organizational skills including a high level of efficiency, excellent customer service.
