Aerotek HR Recruiter in Minneapolis, Minnesota
The company is doing very well right now and they need a recruiter that can do full cycle recruiting for their South Dakota plant. They will be recruiting on production type roles for the plant that creates the finished product. The candidate will need to be good at creative sourcing. These communities are smaller and have Low unemployment rates so they need to be creative on how they are sourcing these candidates. They will only be conducting phone interviews because some of the people out here do not have computers with cameras. The candidate will be excepted to do all aspects of the recruiting process. The candidate will be recruiting floor workers who have seen and worked with blue prints. They need someone who has experience recruiting in a manufacturing setting.
Any experience with Alto pro is a plus. We also need a candidate who can follow the producers and has a good understanding of how to follow produces.
