The Restaurant Floor Supervisor supports the guest and colleague experience in Prairie Kitchen and Bar, Hyatt Regency Minneapolis' 3-meal restaurant and bar. This role leads other colleagues by coaching, giving direction, training, and may include supporting basic management responsibilities. The Restaurant Supervisor plays a significant role in the overall restaurant performance and drives the guest dining experience.

Qualifications:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

• Refined verbal and written communication skills.

• Previous restaurant experience required.

• Beverage knowledge preferred.

• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays required.
