Jones Lang Lasalle Global Operational Excellence Lead in Minneapolis, Minnesota

The Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) Operations Team supports the key business processes of our various business teams working to serve Amazon teams working in our corporate office buildings worldwide. This role develops and executes Operational Excellence strategy, supports organizational initiatives and leads a team of subject matter experts in Quality, Knowledge Management and Continuous Improvement. The role engages with other departments to evaluate, improve, or develop processes to achieve outcomes. The role engages with stakeholder partners on the delivery of strategic improvement projects while also ensuring that projects remain clearly aligned to the delivery of JLL's strategic objectives and that clear and robust governance arrangements are in place for these projects. Success in this role requires leveraging Lean, Six Sigma for Services or other tools and techniques to drive continuous improvement. An ideal candidate is analytical, autonomous, and cross functionally collaborative with exceptional communication and leadership skills. They are accountable towards organizational goals and work backwards from customers, stakeholders and dependent teams to successfully deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. Key responsibilities of the role include (not limited to): 1. Set strategy, success metrics and provide oversight to program. 2. Drive and facilitate complex projects focusing on results and measuring attainment of outcomes. 3. Identify the strength and weaknesses of operations, finding areas needing enhancement, developing and prioritize improvement projects, setting goals and objectives, and coordinating with stakeholders. 4. Influence stakeholders of all levels to ensure engagement, support and delivery. 5. Identify and mitigate risks, and remove roadblocks. 6. Drive accountability from stakeholders for progress on key program actions through active engagement and escalation. 7. Able to dive deeply into details as easily as convey high-level plans with clear and concise verbal and written communication. 8. Apply analytical skills to identify trends and business impact within reported issues and develop projects to eliminate the root causes. 9. Lead team of practitioners to deliver outcomes through clear goals and measures that align to overall client objectives. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery. Experience defining and executing against program requirements. - Minimum 3 years' experience leading continuous improvement or transformation initiatives with a track record of delivering projects with impactful business goals. - Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. - Strong presentation and written communication skills - A Bachelor's degree or higher PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience in change management * Strong service mindset and ability to use metrics to measure service levels. * Certified Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a plus JLL Is an Equal Opportunity Employer JLL is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce.
