Job Title: Data Review Pharmacist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Review Pharmacist to join our fulfillment center team. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our medication dispensing processes.
Responsibilities
Analyze and verify prescription data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Oversee the medication dispensing process to ensure that prescriptions are filled correctly and efficiently.
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity of prescription data and adherence to best practices.
Work closely with pharmacy technicians, fulfillment center staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective operations.
Monitor and report any discrepancies or potential medication errors, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those set by the FDA, DEA, and other regulatory bodies.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the fulfillment center to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Provide training and education to fulfillment center staff on data review processes and medication safety.
Essential Skills
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
Active pharmacist license in the state of Minnesota.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $69.09/hr.
