About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Data Management Senior Manager in Corporate Risk.
In this role, you will:
Lead and oversee data management and reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement data governance strategies to enhance data, quality, security, and accessibility.
Manage a team responsible for data collection, transformation, analysis, and reporting to support business and regulatory needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business and IT to align data strategy with business objectives.
Drive automation and efficiency improvements and data processes, using advanced analytics and reporting tools.
Ensure timely and accurate regulatory and internal reporting, addressing data gaps and integrity issues proactively.
Stay updated on banking regulations, reporting standards, and industry best practices.
Present insights in findings to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Provide leadership to the team for project planning, requirement analysis, and implementation activity.
Work closely with our business partners to analyze and resolve all issues and inquiries.
Removing barriers to delivering internal and external customer value, service, and support.
Manage both onshore and offshore resources
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of Data Management, Business Research, Analytics, or Project Management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or reporting within the banking or financial services sector, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
6+ years of management experience
Expertise in SQL, data, visualization tools, for example, tableau, power, and data governance frameworks
Experience leading teams and managing cross functional projects.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Extensive experience in data management practices, including data integration, data quality assurance, data governance, and reporting.
Lead effectively in a matrixed organization, developing partnerships with many functional areas, and influencing skills
Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements.
Experience working with Agile and DeVos methodologies.
5+ years of experience in understanding of data governance challenges and approaches: metadata, data quality, and data stewardship.
3+ years of management and strategic planning experience in technology, agile practices, and/or systems architecture design.
Proven track record of effectively interacting with IT teams, understanding technical requirements.
8+ years of Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, Java, or JavaScript, and experience with relevant frameworks and libraries
Familiarity with testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and ensuring the reliability and accuracy of systems and platforms.
Ability to think strategically, identify business challenges, and proactively develop innovative solutions to address them.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, collaborate across departments, and build consensus among stakeholders.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $250,000.00
