Robert Half Client Service Coordinator in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description

Robert Half is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our client’s team in Minneapolis, MN. This position will focus on representing the full range of the company’s services to assigned clients, while overseeing account planning and ensuring the company meets or exceeds client expectations. In this role, you will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients and shaping the client experience. Ideal candidate is proactive and takes a diplomatic approach when handling client requests, especially during peak seasons or scheduling challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively assessing and addressing needs through regular communication and follow-up.

  • Lead the client onboarding process, including setting up clients in the CRM, introducing them to the team, and managing workflow.

  • Respond to and resolve client inquiries or concerns, and assist clients with understanding and updating their service requests.

  • Ensure that client service agreements are met by collaborating with internal teams and continuously assessing client needs.

  • Oversee account renewals, ensuring targets, timelines, and performance goals are met or exceeded.

  • Lead efforts to develop customized solutions that address client needs, coordinating the involvement of necessary company personnel.

  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable, addressing overdue balances in a timely and professional manner.

  • Support business development efforts by facilitating client communications and managing the proposal process.

  • Contribute to company-wide client retention strategies and satisfaction goals by delivering exceptional service.

  • Participate in initiatives aimed at improving internal processes and enhancing the overall client experience.

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of client-requested service lists.

  • Ensure accurate and organized records within the client database and CRM software.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, innovations, and best practices in irrigation to provide clients with expert advice and recommendations.

  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction as measured by feedback and retention rates.

  • Support special projects and team objectives as needed.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2+ years of account management or customer service experience, preferably within the irrigation, landscaping, or related industry.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Field Central, and QuickBooks.

  • Familiarity with Homeowners Associations, including their structure and processes, as well as the role of management companies.

  • Strong understanding of irrigation systems, products, and solutions is highly desirable.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a professional and client-focused demeanor.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.

  • Outstanding organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a diplomatic approach to resolving challenges.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary range for this position is between $45-55K

  • Medical and dental insurance, short-term and long-term disability benefits, tuition reimbursement (no vision)

  • 401K – 3% match after 1 year

  • PTO (sliding scale 1-2 weeks first year)
