Responsible for prepping, seasoning, and cooking authentic Vietnamese dishes. Specific duties include: Prep food for service. Answer, report, and follow the Head Chef s instructions. Prep, season, and cook authentic Vietnamese dishes using the restaurant s recipes. Demonstrate the flexibility to work in different stations (Grill, Pantry, Deep Fry, Prep, Flat Top, Saut ). Keep the station stocked, prepped, and clean.
