Job Description

U.S. Bank's Treasury & Payment Solutions (TPS) division is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to manage key Sales Administration processes.

This position will be responsible for reviewing and understanding sales data and must be able to analyze detailed pricing data with accuracy and follow documented procedures in an accurate and timely manner. They must be comfortable in communicating with various levels within the organization including all levels of management and with members of the sales teams. They will maintain systems and processes to track data and results of their analysis and provide accurate reporting back to management on a regular basis. They will need to be able to identify trends and provide feedback on solutions. They will ensure their work is properly documented at all times and complies with established policies and procedures

In addition, they will be responsible for analyzing and providing recommendations on ways to improve other sales administration processes and will participate in the development and/or modification of sales tools and applications. They will act as a liaison and technical resource between management, staff and the technology teams and manage changes through to implementation.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related work experience

• Typically five or more years of related work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Strong analytical skills

• Ability to review detailed data for extended periods of time

• Ability and desire to obtain a thorough knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, for assigned business unit

• Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need and move it forward as applicable (ex. planning, conferring with leadership, etc)

• Background in Treasury Management pricing/finance

• Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills

• Strong background in Microsoft Office applications with advanced excel skills

• Other technical skillsets which would be valuable: Salesforce, Power Query, Power BI, Tableau

• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $86,530.00 - $101,800.00 - $111,980.00
