Position Summary: SPS Commerce is hiring for an Associate Billing Analyst located on our Customer Support Resolution team! This role will engage with customers to respond to their inquiry using established and documented processes. The Associate Billing Analyst will play a pivotal part in bringing customer cases to a resolution while focusing on providing a positive and seamless experience to our customers! Key Responsibilities: * Handle customer inquiries by troubleshooting issues, providing resources, and ensuring resolution while maintaining a positive customer experience. * Identify patterns in customer inquiries, analyze root causes, and document interactions, insights, and resolutions in Salesforce * Work with internal teams as needed and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments. * Maintain confidentiality, demonstrate professionalism, and prioritize a customer-centric approach in all interactions. Location: This is a hybrid position based in our Minneapolis location. The team is expected to be in office 2 days per week. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience * Problem-solving and investigative mindset while being curious and having a customer-centric focus * Professional and customer centric slant on verbal and written communication skills * Proven competence with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Must maintain confidential information Preferred Qualifications: * Prior customer service experience in any industry * Demonstrated abilities and comfort to navigate a variety of platforms (e.g., Salesforce, VersaPay, MS Dynamics NAV) What We Offer: At SPS Commerce, we are committed to ensuring that each employee's compensation reflects their unique experiences, performance, and skills in their role. The pay range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more. The hourly pay range for this role is: $21.83- $32.79. The actual pay offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
