Pay Range:

$16.80 - $23.10

All internship positions are designed to give college students an opportunity to apply techniques learned in an academic setting while obtaining new skills. This is a paid internship offering full-time hours during the summer months. All interns are required to conclude the program by giving a formal presentation on their work. Please note that no relocation assistance or sponsorship is provided for the internship program at this time.

Position Summary:

This internship offers undergraduate students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analytics within the Finance organization, specifically supporting Credit and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. The intern will assist in maintaining and improving customer master data processes, analyze credit risk data, and contribute to reporting activities that drive data-driven decision making. This role provides exposure to financial operations, data governance, and enterprise systems used in credit evaluation and AR management. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, customer service, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the cleansing, validation, and enrichment of customer master data across ERP platforms

• Support the preparation of AR aging reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders

• Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on automation and data accuracy

• Assist in documentation of procedures and business rules related to credit and master data

• Participate in internal meetings and contribute to data-driven discussions and recommendations

Program Requirements :

• Must be a currently enrolled student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to the internship

• Must have completed (at minimum) the sophomore year of college

• Must be able to work full-time during the duration of the internship program

Experience Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of finances and accounting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleansing, and the ability to work with large datasets using advanced functions and basic automation (e.g., macros or Power Query).

• Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

• Coursework or project experience with SQL, data visualization, or business analytics preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on data-driven tasks

• Effective communication skills and willingness to learn in a cross-functional environment
