Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a long-term contract position with a focus on supporting administrative functions while fostering strong communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a structured and organized environment and possess the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, occasionally attending onsite meetings as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls, providing attentive and courteous assistance to all inquiries.
• Manage and organize administrative processes related to low-income housing applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and external partners using tools like Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
• Follow up diligently on pending tasks and requests to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
• Assist in coordinating move-out schedules and other housing-related transitions, keeping all stakeholders informed.
• Provide support during onsite training sessions and occasional in-person meetings.
• Generate and manage correspondence, including release letters and other official documents.
• Uphold a welcoming and attentive demeanor while interacting with clients both in person and remotely.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, track progress, and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
• Contribute to maintaining a well-organized and efficient administrative workflow. Requirements • Proven experience in administrative roles with a strong emphasis on communication and organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and Outlook.
• Familiarity with low-income housing processes or application systems is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to follow up on tasks and ensure timely resolutions.
• Strong attention to detail and the capability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
