Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have a proven track of success in service sales and customer satisfaction. Mini/BMW experience is a HUGE plus.
We are looking for Service Advisors who want to advance their career with the best in the business and the ambition and drive to achieve targeted results while providing a best-in-class customer experience.
The Pay Range for this position is $80k-$100k
Commission(s) off:Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit
Bonuses based on:Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
