The Contract Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for identifying top tier talent for the organization. Well-versed in full lifecycle recruitment to include creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation and development, client management, as well as the offer process. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with the Manager, Human Resources and internal team to qualify and prioritize open positions across the organization. Managing key stakeholder relationships, as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of their business, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles. Utilize tools and resources to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the company\'s overall recruiting function. Continually source candidates and find creative ways to cultivate talent pipelines including advanced sourcing, outreach, networking and use of social media. Perform full life-cycle recruiter functions of job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations and new hire follow-up. Develops and coordinates internal job posting programs and writes job postings. Develops and maintains contacts with schools, alumni groups, veteran organizations, women organizations, disability organizations, and other public organizations to find and attract applicants. Monitors affirmative action goals and makes outreach efforts to reach candidates in protected classes to make progress towards goals. Ensures AAP Outreach is achieved and maintains outreach documentation Build and maintain relationships with both passive and active candidates. Provide a positive candidate\'s experience and ensure a positive representation of our company brand and reputation within the marketplace.
