We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Stock Administration team within Finance as Elastic grows and we scale our processes. In this role, you will be reporting to the Manager, Equity Programs and responsible for day-to-day activities pertaining to global stock administration while maintaining Equity Edge database accuracy. You will be a critical part of a distributed team in a growing software company which issues stock in 40+ plus countries. Assist with the preparation and reporting of tax disclosures and reports for US and global equity transactions in accordance with each country\'s filing requirements and timing. Ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness of data managed in EEO. First point of contact for employees for questions or requests pertaining to global equity programs, equity transactions and other-related activities Ensure timely reconciliation and reporting of data on a monthly, quarterly and year-end close basis between Stock Administration, Accounting, HR, Legal, Payroll, our transfer agent and broker.
