TAPCO Software Renewal Specialist in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin

They will be responsible for managing and optimizing the renewal process for our customers. The Software Renewals Specialist\'s responsibilities will encompass managing subscriptions, negotiating terms, and maintaining strong customer relationships. They will also collaborate with TAPCO\'s service and software team members to execute retention initiatives in pursuit of TAPCO\'s recurring revenue goals. This role reports to the Customer Success Manager. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Subscription management Proprietary software:Oversee subscriptions related to TAPCO\'s proprietary software solutions. Third-party software: Manage subscriptions for third-party software used in our solutions. Tracking and monitoring: Maintain accurate records of subscription status, renewal dates, and associated licenses. Renewal process Proactive communication: Reach out to clients well in advance of contract expiration to discuss renewal options. Negotiation: Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure favorable renewal terms. Customized solutions: Understand customers\' unique needs and usage patterns to tailor renewal options as needed. Relationship management Customer relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and challenges. Vendor relations: Cultivate positive relationships with third-party vendors to optimize renewal processes. Data-driven insights Analytics: Use data analytics to forecast renewals accurately and identify risks. Reporting: Generate regular reports on subscription metrics and customer satisfaction. Other special projects as necessary Required Qualifications and KSA Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to assess customer needs and solve problems. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
