JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Project Specialist I is an integral team member of the assigned studio, working on a variety of projects and serving on various project teams. Project Specialist I is a support position for the Project Manager and/or Project Architect in the production of construction documents and drawings. Guidance and supervision are provided by the Project Manager and/or Project Architect on work assignments related to specific projects and providing learning opportunities. The Studio Partner provides overall direction to the work of the project teams and the Project Specialist I. - Produce construction documents using Revit/BIM processes according to specifications provided by Project Manager and/or Architects - Produce schematic designs - Produce graphic depictions including perspectives/renderings/photo-realistic renderings from Revit model using Enscape - Through inquiry and training opportunities establish an understanding of quality document checking - Conduct research on products, code and local ordinances to determine compliance and make recommendations to project team - Contact consultants and engineers to advance the work of the project, as requested by Project Manager and/or Architects - Evaluate information to determine compliance with standards - Conduct field investigation work, if requested by Project Manager and/or Architects ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Associates Degree in Architecture - Ability to read and interpret construction documents, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals - Ability to write routine reports and correspondence that are thorough, concise and appropriate to the audience - Ability to present information and answer questions from the project team - Ability to work in a team environment to achieve desired results - Ability to prioritize time and tasks to meet project deadlines - Continuous learning mindset - Listens actively, acknowledges and responds to feedback ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: rmassek@prarch.com Apply Online: https://www.prarch.com/careers/
