Job Summary The purpose of this position is to oversee a team of Project Managers, providing tactical project oversight across a multi-site portfolio of Facilities Asset Lifecycle, Workplace Environment, and other Construction Project implementation. This role will drive and ensure the planning, delivery, and close-out of all Facilities projects meet a standard set of expectations. This role is based in Milwaukee, WI and supports a portfolio of 6 locations, including administrative, R&D, and manufacturing type facilities. This role will help implement H-D and industry standard methodologies and project/program management best practices and oversees a team of internal and contract resources to deliver projects in alignment with budget, schedule, and scope requirements. This position is accountable for prioritization of initiatives, in alignment with Facilities Management, Business Operations, and H-D Strategic requirements. This role will report to the Facilities Project Management leader, within the Global H-D Corporate Facilities Team.
