SPS HEALTH LLC Project Coordinator in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Summary The Project Coordinator at SPS Health must be highly organized with an eye for detail and have the necessary communication and people skills to motivate others. The Project Coordinator will work alongside team leaders to assist with the organization and tracking of project tasks. They will communicate the details of projects and specific assignments to team members and project stakeholders, serving as a liaison between team members and project leaders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. Working with team leaders on projects of various sizes and complexity to assist with organization and tracking of project tasks. Build and manage detailed project plans with key milestones, priorities, dependencies, from inception to completion. Use existing software and systems to manage projects and keep research and data organized. Monitor the daily progress of projects. Ensure team members have the resources needed to complete their assigned tasks on time. Provide detailed progress reports and updates to project leads and stakeholders. Plan meetings and organize project logistics. Identify and work to remove barriers that low or prevent project completion. Follow proactive change management concepts throughout all phases of assigned projects. Maintains the confidentiality of information processed. Follows company policies and procedures. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required. Problem-solving: Although project leaders may step in to handle significant problems, you should be prepared to work through and resolve minor issues without assistance. Positive Attitude: Generally, a positive outlook makes it easier to handle the stress of unexpected challenges and also helps the entire team stay positive and motivated. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Either bachelor\'s or associate degree strongly preferred. Minimum of two years\' experience in project coordinator, customer service, account management, or role specific to healthcare or prescription benefits required. Experience in the Pharmacy of Pharmacy Benefit Management industry is helpful. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
