JOB REQUIREMENTS: Packaging Machine Operator Technician Shift: 2nd, (12:30pm-8:30pm) Pay: \$25-\$35/hr + Based on experience Job Description: Working in a team environment to operate packaging equipment, ensuring continuous line production. Responsible for the operation of equipment on continuous operating packaging lines including rigid container filler, bulk fillers, vertical or horizontal pouch fillers, cartoners, labelers, cappers, jar unscramblers, sealers, checkweighers, scales and metal detectors. Ability to make adjustments to the operating line to ensure continuous production. Ability to assist in line set ups with Setup Team Members. Operates and provides support to other packaging lines. Responsible for quality output. Attach identification labels to finished packaged items, or cut stencils and stencil information on containers, such as lot numbers or shipping destinations. Sort, grade, weigh, and inspect products, verifying and adjusting product weight or measurement to meet specifications.
