Position Overview: We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our equipment, machinery, and facilities. Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose equipment malfunctions and mechanical issues, identify the root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and extend their lifespan.
Repairs: Repair or replace faulty components, such as motors, belts, bearings, and electrical wiring, to maintain equipment reliability.
Facility Maintenance: Conduct general maintenance tasks related to the building or facility, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that all machinery and equipment meet safety regulations and standards, and perform safety checks regularly.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and spare parts inventory.
Spare Parts Management: Monitor and manage the inventory of spare parts and order replacements as needed.
Emergency Response: Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies to minimize production downtime.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, engineers, and external vendors to resolve maintenance issues and improve equipment performance.
